GENERAL
• The commission will be drawn in my art style.
• Please send me clear references as detailed as possible, such as pose, facial expression, etc.
• The file ratio and resolution will either be 4:5 (2160 x 2700px) or 1:1 (2048 x 2048px) with 300 dpi. If you have any specific dimensions, please let me know.
• I have the right to decline your request at any point if I'm uncomfortable with the commission.
PAYMENT
• The prices are for personal use only.
• Commercial use will be +100% base price.
• Full payment upfront. Commission will only be started once the payment is done.
• International : VGen and PayPal
• Local (ID) : QRIS, BCA, and Shopeepay.
REVISION AND WORK FLOW
• Revision is unlimited, but only can be made during the sketch. After the sketch, only minor changes (color change, etc.) can be made.
• Work flow : sketch – revision (if any) – lineart – coloring – revision (if any) - finishing.
DEADLINE AND DELIVERY
• Commissions will take 3 days - 2 weeks depending on the queue, complexity, and quantity requested. I will communicate with you if the commission takes a little longer. I’ll keep you updated at each stage of the process.
• If there's a specific deadline or date for a project, please contact me beforehand (at least a month before) so we can discuss it first. Short deadlines will have additional charges.
• Final file will be delivered through GDrive link with 2 versions: with background and without background (transparent png file).
USE
• Commissions are for personal use only. You are free to use it on your social media (PFP) or post it as long as you credit me.
• Commercial use will come with an additional fee of 100% of the base price. Feel free to dm me if you have any questions.
• I maintain all rights to my work and you agree that I may use any commissioned work for my needs (portfolios, social media posts, etc). If you want the commission to be private, there will be an additional charge.
• DO NOT use my art for NFT or AI. Anyone found doing this will be blacklisted from my commissions.
• DO NOT sell my art as print/merch without discussing commercial use.
INTELECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain all rights to the artwork that you commission, unless you pay for commercial usage.
REFUNDS
• Strictly no refunds after payment is made.
• Refunds only applicable if I can’t complete your commission.
